  • For what ages does this course apply?

    The course is applicable whether you have a 1 year-old or an 8 year-old and everything in between!

  • Do I have to complete the course before a certain time?

    Nope! All students get unlimited access to the course and course materials, and you can go at your own pace.

  • Should my husband or partner also complete the course?

    While not necessary that they do, we do believe both partners will benefit from the information provided in this course. This course will guide you in how you approach mealtimes and how you speak to your children about food and bodies!
